I live in West Palm Beach Florida. My daughter was in Augusta
visiting her boyfriend and ran into the back of his car while
traveling across town. Rather than report it to my insurance, I
decided it would be better just to pay for the damages. Your
company was recommended by the Honda Dealership as we had no
idea where to get the car repaired. My experience with your
company was one that I have not had in some time. I spoke to the
owner, I was quoted a price, and asked to have a timeline met so
my daughter could have her car to drive back to Valdosta. To my
surprise the price was much lower than the quote, the right
fender was repaired which was not part of the original quote and
the car was ready with time to spare. I want to thank Mr.
Kendrick for being an outstanding man of integrity and making me
very happy with the service. I have never been quoted a price and
then received the service for much less. You treated my kids
with respect and care. It is no wonder you have been in business
for so long. Thank you for being decent and honest. I operate a
chain of high end stores in Florida and know what service is
about. Mr. Kendrick, you set the standard and I hope your
business flourishes for as long as you choose to be in it.
