We’ve been in business and family-owned since 1952. We repair all foreign and domestic makes and models to pre-accident condition. We specialize in working with you and the insurance carrier handling your claim. We have highly trained collision Technicians.

A letter from the owners.
We have always called Augusta and North Augusta our home. While growing up we would go to work with dad on Saturday’s. We have fond memories of riding alongside him in the wrecker. We both literally grew up in the business, working with at Kendrick while teenagers. We have worked in each position from sweeping, to changing tires, to sanding and painting cars.
Our parents never pressured us into staying in the business; they wanted us to pursue whatever made us happy. It was our choice to continue in the collision repair business. We came to realize what a great foundation Dad had laid and we knew we had to follow in his footsteps.
The Company started over 60 years ago on Jones Street, downtown Augusta. Dad had a vision of the future of our company even when my father and mother were the only two employees in a one stall shop. A big break for the CSRA and Kendrick Paint and Body was the Savannah River Site. While it was under construction there was an influx of people needing collision repair. At that time my parents moved Kendrick to 1249 Ellis Street with 5 employees. Continuing to grow, in 1972 the need became apparent we had to move once again. So we made a family decision to grow with needs of the community and moved to our current location of 1333 Broad Street. At present we have grown to 5 main locations and over 100 employees.
Except for Jimmy’s obligation to the military in 1969 we have devoted all our energy to the growth of the company. From the beginning customer satisfaction and customer safety has been our primary goals. We try to instill these goals in all our managers and we always will.
Steve and I each have a son in the business along with our sister Beverly. We understand that it is our responsibility to be proficient in the newest techniques for modern methods of repair. We feel it is a privilege to have our customers business and continuously strive to improve our standards.
Our main focus at this point in our history is to take every opportunity to thank our customers for the past 60 years of successful business. And we also know our progress would not be possible without the dedication of our employees.
Steve can be seen enjoying his weekends on the golf course and for Jimmy his passion is boating. But if you really want us to smile just ask us about our grandchildren. We take our responsibility to the community seriously and we will stay dedicated to the CSRA in the years to come.
